HMS Computer return Plan
Logistics – Families will be invited onto campus on Thursday May 27th via two sessions – AM (8:30-10:00) and PM – (2:00-3:30). They will enter the North side of the bus loop and drive in a loop past the covered sidewalk and exiting where they entered.
Communication: This plan and associated schedule will be communicated via social media, our website and with a school connects message, emphasizing the importance of the health screener, staying in their cars, and social distancing requirements.
Good evening Cougar Families: On Thursday May 27th and Friday May 28th we will be welcoming our MYSO students and families back on our campus to conduct a remote student drop off of computers issued for our MYSO families. On these days we will offer both morning and afternoon drop off times. The morning session will run from 8:30-10:00 and our afternoon drop off session will run from 2:00-3:30. Please make plans now to return your school issued computer so that you avoid future costs, or interruptions to your child’s schooling next year.
These drop off times will be posted to our school website, and our social media accounts for your reference. It is very important that everyone adheres to this schedule to maintain social distancing requirements and ensure that the process runs smoothly. Additionally, we are asking that everyone accessing our campus follow our recommended traffic flow and remain in their cars unless directed by staff to exit them. Families will arrive on campus via the north side bus loop. You will be greeted by staff members and asked to stay in your vehicle and sign a receipt for the computer.
